Garlic prawns

Atún con salsa de tomate a las hierbas


  • 1 kg of prawns
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • Olive Oil
  • Chilli
  • Parsley
  • Salt


Previous step; peel and chop the garlic cloves, the chilli in large portions and also chop the parsley.

First peel the raw shrimp unwashed.
In a casserole put to heat three oil tablespoons. When oil is warm add the garlic, braise for a minute and then add some chilli peppers.

Then added the prawns, seasoned and sprinkled with few amount of parsley.

Finally, braise a rapid fire 4 minutes, shaking the pan occasionally, and serve.
