Hake with Parmesan

Atún con salsa de tomate a las hierbas


  • 8 hake steaks
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 200g parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • Olive oil
  • Flour
  • Fish broth cube salt -30%
  • Pepper


Grate the tomatoes and chop the garlic. Make a sauce with tomatoes and garlic. Meanwhile, season the hake whit the fish broth cube - 30% salt, flour and fry. Keep it away.

When the sauce is ready add the butter and link fine.

Make the sauce as a base, above it the hake steaks and parmesan cheese over them in sheets. Bake 5 minutes.
