Panga with oregano sauce

Atún con salsa de tomate a las hierbas


  • 4 pangasius fillets
  • 1 onion
  • Cream for cooking
  • 1 broth cube
  • Oregano
  • Olive oil


Chop fine the onion and saute in a pan with a little tablespoon olive oil; during this time we will grill with a few amount of salt the thawed pangasius fillets.

When the onion is soft add the cream for cooking, oregano and add crumbled the broth cube. Then add the pangasius made by both sides with medium heat (if the fillets are very large we can halve).

Let thicken the sauce and then it’s ready to eat.
