Tuna marinated baked

Atún con salsa de tomate a las hierbas


  • 2 tuna steaks
  • 1 large potato
  • Olive Oil
  • white truffle oil
  • Vinegar of Modena
  • Lemon juice
  • Chopped garlic, parsley, dill and salt


Cut a large potato skin on washed and put to boil with a few amount of oil and salt.

On the other hand prepare in a container a little olive oil, white truffle oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, dill and a few salt, mix well and put to marinate tuna steaks for about 15-20 minutes.

After this time, place the marinated tuna steaks in a baking dish. We leave the boiled potatoes (which are a little hard to get them to do in the oven) in slices without removing the skin and get into the maceration mixture to soak both sides.

Put the potatoes on tuna steaks and irrigate with what has been the marinade. You put it in the oven preheated about 170-180 degrees for 20 minutes.

For the maceration can vary the herbs and oils, depends on your taste.
